Certainly, the start of 2024 is a dream that does not stop for Lucas Beraldo.
The young Brazilian central defender (20 years old), who joined Paris Saint-Germain this winter from Sao Paulo, is one of the players most used by Luis Enrique and has just been called up for the first time by Dorival Júnior, the new Brazil coach.
Having just arrived at the head of the Seleção, the 61-year-old Brazilian coach unveiled his first list this Friday, for the friendly matches on March 23 and 26 against England and Spain.
A list in which we therefore find, alongside his teammate and club captain Marquinhos (84 caps), the young Lucas Beraldo, summoned for the first time.

On its Brazilian social networks, the capital club celebrated the selection of its newest player.
Since his arrival at PSG, Beraldo has played almost all of his new club's matches, often helping out at left back, as against Real Sociedad, in a defense recently very affected by injuries (10 matches out of 11 possible, 720 minutes played).

Beraldo is not the only “new” on this list, which saw Dorival Jr largely renew his squad for these two friendly matches.
Note for example the presence of Girona sensation this season, Sávio.
