Former winner of three stages of the Giro, Éric Boyer was the manager of the Cofidis team for seven years (2005-2012).
Involved in the fight against doping, his positions earned him some enmity in the cycling community, leaving him prematurely to his liking.
Asked to look at the cleanliness or otherwise of his sport in 2024, Éric Boyer accepted this interview.
