FC Bayern Munich is on the ground.
The first fans are calling for the immediate separation of Thomas Tuchel - and Thomas Müller as player-coach.
Munich – March does not bring the hoped-for turnaround at FC Bayern Munich either.
On the first of the month there was only a 2-2 draw at SC Freiburg, so the first day of work for the new sports director Max Eberl didn't exactly go according to plan.
Why did the record champions not return to Munich with three points?
Coach Thomas Tuchel was at a loss.

In the DAZN interview after the game, he sharply criticized his stars.
Expert Jonas Hummels, in turn, took a hard line against Tuchel.

Maybe Tuchel will have to leave before the end of the season?
The club and coach had actually agreed to part ways on June 30th.
Given the current performances, it doesn't even seem unreasonable that Tuchel has to take his hat off before then.

And the fans are also increasingly vehemently demanding an immediate end.

District league concept as a solution at FC Bayern?
More and more fans are saying it
They even bring a district league concept into play as a solution: Thomas Müller as player-coach, optionally in a duet with Manuel Neuer.
After the 2-2 draw in Freiburg, there were a number of reactions in this direction on social networks.

Müller couldn't have made a much worse change as a player-coach.
Honestly, I would even trust Thomas Müller to take over as player-coach.
He knows every single player inside and out, he raised half of them, he IS FC Bayern personified.

Of course, this approach is completely out of the question for FC Bayern, but the many comments give a clear insight into the current emotional world of the fans.
Rarely have we seen them so desperate in the recent past.
If you look at the current second half table, the record champions are only sixth - and with one game more (as of March 2nd, 9 a.m.).
Eberl has a lot of work to do in the next few weeks.
