Munich - The U23 from Munich is looking forward to facing one of the top teams in the Bavarian Regional League this Friday evening.
The second-place team in the table, DJK Vilzing, travels to the state capital and presents their business card in the Grünwalder Stadium.
Coach Josef Eibl's team is the second strongest away team after leaders Würzburg and has only lost once.
Curious: Before the duel, the guests had 21 points more than FC Bayern II. Nevertheless, promotion is not an issue for the Upper Palatinate team.
In contrast to the 2nd team from Munich, the DJK has not applied for a license for the 3rd league, although Vilzing is currently only two points behind the league leaders from Würzburg with more games played.

FCB coach Holger Seitz expects his players to face “a very experienced team”.
“It’s a difficult task for us, but also a great challenge,” said the 49-year-old before the game.
“Every individual has to reach their limits so that we can survive as a team.”
In the first leg, the DJK narrowly prevailed 3-2 despite the Reds' 2-0 lead.
Will Vilzing jump to first place in the table with a win, at least until Saturday afternoon, or will the youngsters from Säbener Straße achieve their first win in 2024 after two defeats and a draw?
