Denver (20:43) - Boston (14:48) 109:115
After their winning streak was cruelly stopped against Cleveland, Boston hosted the champion for a game that many commentators believe will also be the final at the end of the year.
Brown and Tatum on one side, Jokic and Murray on the other side managed a thriller befitting a game in such a position and the game was tight from the first moment.
Watson's dunk with seven minutes left in the game gave the hosts a 91:101 advantage and it looked like the game was over.
But two consecutive 3-pointers by Jaro Holiday brought Boston back to only 111:109 with a little over a minute left.
Jaylen Brown stole to Jamal Murray and Tatum could have completed a turnover, but missed a three and Gordon sank on the other end from an assist by Jokic.
Derrick White missed a 3-pointer and Caldwell Pope closed the game from the line.
Nikola Jokic recorded another triple double for the collection when he produced 32 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists.
Jamal Mari added 19, 8 assists and also 5 turnovers for Denver, which proved that at home it is a favorite against every team.
On the other hand, Tatum had a bad night of 15 points and only 5 of 13 from the field, but Jaylen Brown boosted him with 41 points and 13 rebounds.
Kristaps Porzingis added 24 which was not enough.

After a series of disappointing games, Dallas came back to win against the strong Miami and she did it, mainly, thanks to Luka Doncic.
The Slovenian prodigy recorded his fifth consecutive triple double with at least 30 points when he produced 35 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists this time.
Doncic matched Westbrook who was the only person to record such a feat before and he made history by becoming the only person to record four consecutive triple doubles of at least 35 points.
He shot 12-of-24 from the field and 7-of-13 from beyond the arc and led a second-half comeback.
Kyrie Irving added 23 for Dallas, which still trailed 101:100 before going on a 4:10 run in the final minutes.
Terry Rozier starred on the other hand with 27 points and 11 assists for Miami, which got 19 from Duncan Robinson, but only 14 from Jimmy Butler.
Indiana (29:35) - Minnesota (19:44) 113:111
After learning that Karl Anthony Towns would be out for a very long time, Minnesota received a huge performance from its second star.
Anthony Edwards matched his season high with 44 points, including a clutch 3-pointer with 11 minutes left and a buzzer-beating block on Aaron Naismith to give his team a hard-fought victory.
Rudy Gober added 18 points and 14 rebounds for the Wolves, who established themselves at the top of the Western Conference with a game-and-a-half lead over Oklahoma City.
Pascal Siakam scored 24 points and Tyrese Halliburton added 23 and 13 assists for the Pacers, who came back from a 17-point deficit in the first half to lead 103:104, but Edwards had the last word.

Kevin Durant scored 35 points, Grayson Allen added 26 and Phoenix beat Toronto in a tougher than expected game.
The Suns also got 20 points from Bradley Beal, who added 8 assists.
The Suns didn't lag for a moment against the Canadiens, but they didn't manage to escape either.
Durant shot 11 of 19 from the field and Allen scored all of his points in the first half as he set a club record seven 3-pointers in the first quarter.
Gary Trent Jr. led the way with 30 points, Emmanuel Quickley added 21 and 17 assists.
RJ Barrett contributed 23.
Golden State (29:33) - Chicago (32:31) 125:122
A surprising loss for Golden State, which came into this game after dismantling Milwaukee's possession.
DeMar DeRozan scored 33 points and single-handedly won this game with a critical tie-breaking basket with 43 seconds left.
Klay Thompson converted with a 3-pointer, but DeRozan responded with another basket and also drew a foul and Nikola Vucevic secured the win from the line.

Sacramento (26:36) - San Antonio (50:13) 129:131
On the face of it, it was supposed to be an easy game for Sacramento.
After the great victory in the derby against the Lakers, the Kings received a weak opponent that showed up without its big star Victor Wombenyama.
But a dunk by Domantas Sabonis with 7.7 seconds to go and 31 points by the wonderful Lithuanian center gave the Kings a tough victory.
Sabonis added 17 rebounds and 9 assists in his 45th double-double of the season.
Diaron Fox, who scored 44 on the head of the Lakers, settled for 33 points this time with 17 of them coming in the last quarter.
Devin Vassell led the way with 30 points.
