Less than three months after the loss in the derby that led to the end of Barak Becher's career and the appointment of his replacement Vladan Miljevic, Red Star Belgrade got a chance to return to the top of the Serbian league this evening (Saturday), but ended in a 2:2 draw in the eternal derby against Partizan and was left frustrated as it no longer depends on itself in the battle for the championship.
Beavers Natcho and his teammates had already made a turnaround and were close to being the first to win at the bustling Markana after the champion's unbeaten 124 league games in Basra, but in the end fought with 10 men to avoid defeat and maintain a point advantage over the city rivals.
Red Star's last home loss in the league was 3:1 to Partizan in April 2017 and she wanted to avenge the loss in the first round.
The opening was hers with a pressure on the goal of the man of the match Aleksandar Jovanovic, who faced many challenges until he succumbed to the stopper Orosh Spajic before the break, but Partizan equalized with Margal Saldania's legs again in the extra time of the first half, after Omari Glazer's first dunk against Aldo Kalulu.

54th minute: Jovanovic headed badly towards Bokari who had to equalize, but he kicked weakly and the ball was cleared in front of the line.
67th minute: Goal!
Three minutes after Natcho left, Partizan conceded.
Wang In-boom picked up and Andyai hit the net this time and equalized 2:2 for the Red Star.
