Summary of the first half: Arsenal - Brentford 1:1/Sport1
Ahead of the big game of the season between Liverpool and Manchester City at Anfield on Sunday (5.45pm, Sport1), Arsenal can at least temporarily go top and put pressure on their two rivals when they host Brentford at that time.
In the afternoon game that opened the 28th round, Manchester United beat Everton 0:2.
A bad mistake.

Arsenal - Brentford 1:1 (2nd half)
Sitting one point behind second-placed City and two behind Liverpool, Arsenal know a win will put them top ahead of Sunday's big clash at Anfield and will be keen to continue their massive momentum against their 15th-placed rivals.
Arsenal beat Sheffield United 0:6 in their last game and increased their winning streak to seven (in which they scored 31 goals!), and along the way, Arteta's team became the first ever in the history of the Premier League to score at least five goals in three consecutive away games.
Brentford, on the other hand, is 6 points away from the red line, and although it drew a respectable 2:2 against Chelsea in its last game, it has a streak of four games without a win.
Gabriel Martinelli was ineligible and his place was taken by Andrew Trussard, Bocayo Sake who was sick recovered in time and started.
Aron Ramsdale started in goal, for the first time since November in the league, as David Raya, on loan from Brentford, is not allowed to play against the team he belongs to.

19th minute: Goal!
Ben White charged into the center of the box, and Declan Rice rose high to strike the corner in an excellent manner to make it 0:1 to Arsenal.
Minute 45+4: Goal!
What a ridiculous mistake by Ramsdale.
The goalkeeper received a ball from the defense and under the pressure of Vissa kicked the leg of the striker who slid into the net from there.
Brentford with 1:1 before the break, Arsenal players went to cheer the embarrassed goalkeeper.
56th minute: Tony spotted Ramsdale outside the goal and kicked from 35 meters, the goalkeeper flew and tipped it into the corner.
Gave up the second penalty.

Manchester United - Everton 0:2
After two consecutive losses, including a painful 3:1 in the derby, Manchester United recovered with a home victory over the Toffees, who have not obtained three points at Old Trafford for more than a decade (since the 0:1 in December 2013) and count five consecutive losses against the host and 11 Consecutive league games without a win.
The Red Devils started the better and took the lead from a Bruno Fernandes penalty in the 12th minute, after visiting captain James Trakowski tripped Alejandro Granacho on the edge of the box.
Dwight McNeill, James Garner and Amadou Onana were close to equalizing, Fernandez almost completed a brace with a superb free-kick that Jordan Pickford deflected (27) and then Granacho dribbled once more into the box to squeeze in a second penalty.
The Portuguese captain conceded to Marcus Rashford who was also accurate (36) and celebrated a second consecutive goal, after the spectacular goal in the derby.
Pickford prevented the score from increasing in the second half and on the other hand Lewis Dubin missed an opportunity to shrink.
United are three points away from fifth-placed Tottenham, as this place should also lead to the Champions League at the end of the season.
