An outbreak of violence on a mini-bus at the end of a U14 Regional 3 match... This Saturday, the match between Massy and Linas-Montlhéry could have turned into a tragedy at the Paul Nicolas stadium in Massy, located in the Grands district. Sets.
This Essonne derby between the 1st and 3rd in the group smelled like gunpowder.
The police and the BAC had been called to prevent any excess.
But while the players were in the locker room, around ten young people attacked one of the mini-buses of the Linas-Montlhéry club which had just won (2-1) in Massy.
“We were warned, we expected a hostile atmosphere,” says a Linas manager.
It was hot in the stands but there were no scuffles.
The Massy club had done what was necessary to ensure that this went well.
The kids showed character and put in a great game on the pitch despite the context.
We were in our locker room when our bus was broken.

The manager continues: “In the end, it’s just equipment.
It was a bit shocking but it could have been worse.
There was more fear than harm.
I thank the leaders of Massy who escorted us so that we could join our parents' cars and leave peacefully.
The Massy club has nothing to do with it, they are young people from the neighborhood.
It's truly sad.
This gives a bad image of Essonne football.”
The Linas-Montlhéry club filed a complaint.
