This Wednesday on the social network X (formerly Twitter), influencer Mohamed Henni shared a rather unexpected letter.
In it, the Marseillais learns that he has been served notice by the company KMA, which defends the interests of Kylian Mbappé.
The reason ?
The use of the Paris Saint-Germain striker's name in promoting a hamburger.
In the product description, it is noted “Round baker's bread, as round as Mbappé's skull”.
The letter formally contraindicates this mention: “I would like to inform you that using the name of a public figure without authorization constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights and their private life.
This practice is also likely to damage its reputation and public image.

Mohamed Henni commented, indicating his dismay: “Mbappé is suing me, I am devastated.
» He has since deleted his tweet.
At the origin of the marketing of the hamburger of discord, the influencer will therefore have to withdraw it from sale shortly.

According to the formal notice, the Marseillais has eight days following its receipt to remove from its communication media “any mention, promotion or any offer to sell any products reproducing the image, name or any of the attributes of the personality of Mr. Kylian Mbappé Lottin.
