The goalkeeper, called up this Thursday in the list of the France team concocted by Didier Deschamps for the friendly matches against Germany and Chile on March 23 and 26, was injured this Thursday evening.
For the round of 16 second leg of the Europa League with AC Milan against Slavia Prague, Maignan was hit after the 3rd minute of play.
After a back pass, the French international missed his control then was hit by Slavia Prague striker Lukas Provod.
On the ground, Maignan got up before getting back on the ground five minutes later.
It was only in the 21st minute that the former PSG player finally left his place.
