SC Freiburg and coach Christian Streich have to play away at West Ham United in the second leg of the round of 16.
After the 1-0 win in the first leg, a draw would be enough for the Breisgau team to advance - and would mean something historic for the Streich team.

If SCF defends its lead from the first leg, it would be their first ever place in a European quarter-final.
“We have a really, really big game for us in London,” said SC coach Christian Streich after his team boosted their self-confidence with a 2-1 win against VfL Bochum in the Bundesliga on Sunday.
“With the feeling of success, I think that regeneration will go faster.
And then we’re really happy that we still have a chance in London,” added Streich.
The 58-year-old once again has high hopes for striker Michael Gregoritsch.
The Austrian ensured a good starting position with his goal in the first leg and was also successful against Bochum at the weekend.

Second leg of the Europa League round of 16: Freiburg wants to survive against West Ham
But the Freiburg team had to experience first-hand how difficult it is to survive in London's Olympic Stadium this season.
In the group stage, West Ham won 2-0 at home - a result that would be enough to progress in the second leg.
But from the Breisgau people’s point of view, this shouldn’t happen.

“The quality of West Ham is brutal,” said Streich about the seventh-place team in the Premier League, who only played 2-2 against second-to-last FC Burnley in their home stadium on Sunday.
“But our team has great character and players with a lot of competence,” said Streich optimistically.
