Today (Saturday) the quarter-final games began and a huge sensation was recorded when Coventry knocked out Wolves with 2:3 in an extraordinary game - the 8th ranked in the championship dropped an advantage in the 84th and 88th minutes, but returned to the game in a huge way with a heroic comeback in the 90th + 7th minute and 90+10 and secured the first ticket to the semi-finals at Wembley for the first time since the 1986/87 season, at the end of which she was crowned the cup holder.

Coventry took their first and surprising lead in the 53rd minute when Alice Sims hit the net from close range after a free kick and was close to doubling their advantage, but missed against Se.
