Will FC Bayern and BVB be lucky in the draw?
First report
: Nyon – Before the 26th matchday of the German Bundesliga, the eyes of players, those in charge and fans of FC Bayern and Borussia Dortmund are turning to Nyon, Switzerland.
The draw for the quarter-finals of the Champions League (all TV information) takes place there at UEFA headquarters.
Champions League draw: eight top teams in the quarter-finals
In addition to FC Bayern and Borussia Dortmund, the Spanish top clubs Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and Atlético Madrid, defending champions Manchester City and Arsenal FC from England as well as France's series champions Paris Saint-Germain made it to the quarter-finals.
There are no more seeding lists from the quarterfinals onwards.
This means that FC Bayern and Borussia Dortmund can meet any other club - even a German duel would be possible.
There could also be “El Clásico” between Real and Barça.
Unlike in the round of 16, duels between teams from the group stage are not out of the question, meaning Dortmund could face PSG again.
The quarter-finals will be drawn in the Champions League.

A year after the bitter quarter-final defeat against Manchester City, another duel for FC Bayern against the Skyblues is possible.
“Now you also need luck.
Every team that is in the quarter-finals wants to get to the final – so do we!” said Bayern coach Thomas Tuchel recently.

Champions League draw: German duel possible
In addition to the quarter-finals, the possible semi-final route to the final will also be drawn on June 1st at Wembley Stadium in London.
The quarter-finals will take place on 9/10.
April with the first legs and on the 16th/17th.
April with the second legs taking place.
Niclas Füllkrug is happy to be in the quarter-finals, the German international doesn't have a dream opponent.
“When you see which clubs are in the quarter-finals, it’s really cool to be part of them.
“They’re all very big clubs,” said the BVB striker.
