“Bad luck for Julian Alaphilippe, who suffered a puncture in the last kilometer of Milan -San Remo and was unable to sprint properly on the beautiful Via Roma,” his team confirmed on social networks.
This ninth place acquired this Saturday nevertheless remains Julian Alaphilippe's best result since the start of the season, which until now had been notably marked by several falls.
