The Blues beat the XV de la Rose this Saturday (33-31) on the last day of the Tournament.

Not everything was perfect.

Far from there.

But the French team closes the 2024 edition of the Six Nations Tournament on a good note by beating England (33-31) this Saturday.

After a great start to the match and a try from the dynamic Le Garrec (20th) and three penalties from Ramos, the Blues then suffered lightning.

Just before the break, English center Ollie Lawrence broke through the French defense for the first time to go to queen (40th).

Returning from the locker room, repeat.

The powerful Lawrence plants a second banderilla (42nd) before Marcus Smith also tries (46th).

Suffering a scathing 14 to 0, Grégory Alldritt's teammates reacted well thanks to a try from Fickou (60th).

Freeman, at the end of the match, scored a try in the corner (75th) but Ramos, with a final penalty 50 meters from the poles, had the last word.

Fabien Galthié's men therefore finished second behind Ireland, who triumphed a little earlier against Scotland (17-13).
