In an official press release, OL Groupe announced the sale of
"its entire stake, i.e. 97% of the club's share capital"
, of Seattle Reign FC (formerly OL Reign), after an agreement with
"the Seattle Sounders and the company of “Carlyle Global Investment.”
This transaction, which should bring in a little more than 50 million euros for the group (100% of the shares representing 58 million dollars, or 53.6 million euros), should be finalized
"at the beginning of 2024, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of the NWSL (National Women's Soccer League) and MLS (Major League Soccer).”
