Maccabi Tel Aviv at the start of the season had several goals in the Euroleague.
The first was to secure at least a place in the play-in, and tonight (Friday) she did so when she completed a perfect week, and after the victory over Villerban on Tuesday, recorded 74:89 over Bayern Munich and with a fifth victory in a row in the European factory and the 13th in all frameworks, obtained the ticket to the play-in and try to fight for the top 6 that will guarantee her the automatic place for the playoffs.

The third quarter was marked by Bayern with a performance by Carsen Edwards (12 points) who erased Maccabi's record advantage that reached 16 and determined that the guest will reach the last quarter with only a 62:63 advantage.
After a bad game, Lorenzo Brown (12 points and 5 assists) woke up and together with Baldwin led a tremendous run of 0:18 in the final minutes to a fifth win in a row, the first after 4 years in Munich and most importantly - with the guarantee of the place in the play-in.

Oded Ketch went up in the top five with Lorenzo Brown, Wade Baldwin, Jake Cohen, Bonzie Colson and Josh Niebo.
Serge Ibka was responsible for Bayern Munich's first points in the game with a quick German 0:6.
After almost 3 minutes, Maccabi's center got the first shots from the line, Brown penetrated to the ring in a beautiful move and Coulson's three-pointer gave the first advantage in a run of 0:9 until Bayern's timeout.
Ibaka continued to make the Yellow defense look helpless against him, but Antonios Cleveland came hot off the bench and with good defensive action and shooting from outside the arc increased the Yellow lead.
A shot by Aleandro Bolmaro equalized the score and another three of his gave the advantage to Bayern.
James Webb scored from the line and restored the advantage to Maccabi with a tight opening of

2nd quarter
Rivero continued to be Maccabi's man in the paint and Webb's three-pointer increased the lead to 6 points.
Carsen Edwards sniped from outside the arc for Bayern, Tamir Blat answered with a shot from half distance and Elias Harris left the difference in attacking distance.
The Israeli center added a 3-pointer to the balance, Webb dyked himself outside the arc and the advantage reached its peak with a 9-point difference.
John DiBartholomew's points gave the Yellows their first double-digit advantage tonight, Webb was hot again with another three-pointer and Nibo's streak continued to increase the difference with a run of 0:13.
Nick Weiler-Babb narrowed it down a bit with a three-pointer, but Maccabi went into the break with a

lead .
The yellows ran away in the second quarter.

3rd quarter
A quick 0:5 run that ended with a three-pointer by Ibaka brought Bayern back into the game a bit, before Baldwin brought the difference back to double digits.
Edwards with a triple and a steal that reduced the difference to only 6 caused Ketch to take a timeout.
Rivero came back sharply from the bench and calmed down the yellow side a little, but Bolmaro's triple jumped the home crowd and the lead again dropped to 6.
A big move by Blatt and Rivero ended with a huge dunk by the center Shalat and reached 17 points.
DiBartolomeu added points from the line, Harris reduced the difference and Edwards penetrated to the ring when the advantage slipped away and dropped to only one point with
62:63
for Maccabi.
The lead peaked at 16 and slipped away, but came back big.

4th quarter
Isak Bunga officially erased the yellow advantage and gave Bayern the lead at the start of the last quarter with a 0:11 run.
Brown cut from the line, Baldwin added himself and with a basket and a foul returned the advantage to Maccabi's side.
The Germans lost their heads a little towards the end and with two consecutive ball turnovers Antonios Cleveland squeezed a basket and a foul in an amazing 0:15 run by the yellows.
The run continued with a basket and a foul by Colson that extended it to 0:18 until Bolmaro stopped it.
It wasn't enough for Bayern who ended up going down with a loss and Maccabi celebrated a huge victory in Germany and with a perfect week scored
74:89
on the way to securing a place in the playoffs.
