Colombian footballer Guillermo Denis Beltrán, a striker for Real Santa Cruz of the top division in Bolivia, collapsed in the team's training and tragically passed away when he was just 24 years old. The club confirmed the incident and paid tribute to the striker, who reportedly complained of dizziness and nausea in training on Friday before collapsing.
The medical team was unable to help and called an ambulance, but Beltran died on the way to the hospital.

Adolfo Soria Arredondo, one of the team's managers, recounted the incident: "He was training as usual and suddenly collapsed on the grass. They tried to revive him, but he died while they were taking him to the hospital."
The president of the Bolivian federation ordered an investigation to begin regarding the unfortunate incident and the game of the Bolivian national team against Algeria early in the morning opened with a minute of silence in memory of Beltran.
