This acronym is the code name of the home jersey for the 2024-2025 PSG season.
“BBRBB” for blue-white-red-white-blue.
More simply next season, PSG will find the jersey of its origins and its greatest exploits: the jersey designed by Daniel Hechter, fashion designer and former president of the club from 1973 to 1978. It was the Footyheadlines site which revealed the first images.

If the colors are respected, the painting effect may not please everyone.
The Hechter jersey was worn without modification between 1973 and 1987 before being used again in the 1990s and occasionally in the 2000s. It had been missing since the 2020-2021 season.
A wide central red stripe, two fine white borders surrounded by blue: the recipe is simple, effective and enough to put stars in the eyes of the most supporters, attached to this emblematic outfit, guarantor of the club's identity.
The return of this jersey was one of the wishes of the supporters and a promise from the club for next season.
“The emblem of a club is the logo, but it is above all the jersey that is worn,” a member of the Collectif Ultras Paris (CUP) noted in our columns last May.
It is through this tunic that Paris is represented on the lawns of France or Europe.
Today, when you travel abroad and you see that the PSG jerseys worn are black, yellow, gray or brown, it hurts a little.
That's not what PSG is about.
The identity of a club requires respect for traditional colors and therefore those of the Hechter jersey.

Like AC Milan or Inter with their stripes, Real Madrid which sports a white jersey or Liverpool with its emblematic red jersey, we identify with PSG thanks to this large red stripe and this design so recognizable.
It's a jersey that counts.
It is the one with which the club won its European Cup, with which it wrote moments of history.
It is not the first jersey in the club's history, but it is the most symbolic.
