As against Bosnia in the semi-finals, this time too Ukraine turned a 1:0 deficit into a 1:2 victory and she scored again in the final minutes.
Albert Gudmundsson, who starred against Israel with a hat-trick, gave Iceland the lead in Wroclaw, but Viktor Tsigankov Isen and Michail Modric scored a valuable winning goal in the 84th minute.
Ukraine qualifies for the Euro tournament for the fourth time in a row, the Icelanders will be watching on TV.

Georgia - Greece 2:4 on penalties (0:0 at the end of 120 minutes)
A huge achievement for Georgia, who celebrated their first ever qualification for the European Championship.
After a dramatic finish and victory on penalties, thousands descended from the stands and cheered on the grass at the Boris Paichedze Stadium in Tbilisi.
Georgia will play in the Euros in Group 6, with Portugal, the Czech Republic and Turkey.
Havicha Kavazdalia was replaced in the middle of extra time and did not kick in a shootout from the penalty spot, but his friends did the job.
Giorgi Memardashvili saved a Tassos penalty in Sackets, Georges Mikotadze kicked wide on the other end, but Giorgos Yakoumakis missed the frame himself.
The rest of the kickers were accurate and midfielder Nika Kabakbeskiri kicked the decisive penalty, making it 2:4 and running to celebrate with his friends.
Even before the penalties, the game was weak for the most part and almost devoid of opportunities, it woke up a bit in overtime, but ended without goals.
Both teams showed a lot of determination and commitment, but too little quality to conquer and win.
A dangerous free-kick by Kavrazdalia in the 45th minute was blocked by Odyssas and Lekhudimos and the Greek goalkeeper also made excellent saves in extra time after kicks by Zoriko Dvichvili and Giorgi Tsityashvili.
On the other side, Kostas of Bropanos hit a great shot against the crossbar in the 102nd minute.

The game in Cardiff didn't produce any goals, but it was intense, played at a fast pace and included some very good situations (and also a Welsh goal that was rightly disallowed for offside).
Wojciech Szczesny saved Pantheon after a dangerous shot by Kiefer Moore and on the other side Jakub Piotrowski bombed and missed the frame.
The host defense managed to stop Robert Lewandowski, but the attack did not score and the game was dragged to penalties.
Euro 2024 will officially begin with the opening match between hosts Germany and Scotland on June 24.
