Winner of two events in the summer of 2022,

Paper Trophy

(n°5) was not able to confirm during its following six outings in the Quinté +.

The host of this event,

Paper Trophy

broke away mid-straight, and was never worried thereafter, remaining 3 lengths ahead of its direct pursuer.

He was associated with Tony Piccone, who took advantage of it to win the 50th Quinté of his career.

His trainer, who recorded an 8th event for him, appreciated this victory: “His little break did him a lot of good and he found the desire again in training.

It was a first on such heavy terrain but he adapted perfectly.

I congratulate his jockey Tony Piccone who gave him the perfect ride.
