They are therefore indeed inseparable.
Less than two months after their reunion with women's Paris Saint-Germain, the two American players from the capital club Korbin Albert (20 years old) and Eva Gaetino (21 years old) were called together for the first time by the coach of the USWNT Twila Kilgore.
They will participate in the She Believes Cup, an exhibition tournament bringing together the United States, Brazil, Canada and Japan which will take place from April 6 to 9.
This is the very first call-up for Eva Gaetino, who signed for PSG on February 1 and is therefore taking a new step in her meteoric progress.
Last Thursday, she already scored her very first goal in the Red and Blue colors and her first goal in the Champions League against BK Häcken (2-1 victory).
“Being here (in Paris) allows me to get closer to the national team, I am convinced,” she told us when we met her at the end of last week.

She therefore joins in the multi-titled selection of the United States her good friend Korbin Albert, also summoned for this tournament but who has already been regularly attending the USWNT since the end of 2023. In March, she was also part of the group which won the Gold Cup, his first career trophy.
Korbin Albert and Eva Gaetino played together at university before meeting at PSG, with the
Fighting Irish
of Notre Dame, Indiana.
They formed a close friendship there which is expressed both on the field and in life and can now believe a little more in their dream: representing the United States together at the Paris Olympic Games this summer.
