The National Financial Prosecutor's Office (PNF) has reportedly launched a preliminary investigation into the agreement entered into by the Professional Football League with the Luxembourg investment fund CVC, claims

. Approved on November 24, the deal provides for the lifetime transfer of 13% of French football revenues against a cash contribution of 1.5 billion euros.
