An unusual event took place this morning (Saturday) in Tokyo, when a number of Israeli Judaists who are in a training camp in the capital of Japan ahead of next month's European Championships, ran into a demonstration against Israel and tried to explain our side of the conflict.

Over 100 demonstrators, some Japanese and others tourists, demonstrated against Israel when the Jews, who had just finished training and were on their way to lunch, tried to intervene and explain Israel's side. Among them was also Sagi Muki, who always tries to stand up for the righteousness of the country's path. While he was talking to the protesters, he folded his judo suit, put it aside and when he wanted to take it, he saw that someone had taken it from him.

"It was literally in a fraction of a second," said Moki in a conversation with Walla! sport. "We couldn't remain indifferent to the demonstration and the words that were said there. We tried to explain to them what we experienced on October 7, but they were completely closed off. They took the suit in one moment that I didn't notice, but of course that won't make me stop fighting and explaining for Israel in Israel and in the world. No matter how hard I looked for the suit, it was gone. It was a whole street of protesters. Way more than a hundred, but we couldn't remain indifferent to it."
