The FCK fans among the over 46,000 spectators in the Fritz Walter Stadium quickly put the defeat behind them and immediately focused on the cup clash on Tuesday. Immediately after the final whistle, a large banner was displayed in front of the west curve with the inscription: “Together to Berlin - Together indestructible”.

“The fans have a good feel for the situation. Everyone knows what Tuesday is about. This is a derby that you have to win. We definitely want to get to the final,” said midfielder Marlon Ritter. (mab)
