French MMA fighter Manon Fiorot beat American Erin Blanchfield on Saturday in Atlantic City (New Jersey) by judges' decision, and should be offered a chance for a world belt in the -57 kg category of the UFC. Dominant and author of several convincing punches during the five rounds, Fiorot was unanimously declared the winner 50 to 45 by the judges.
“Give me the belt, I beat everyone in the category, there is no one left, the belt is mine,”
demanded the Frenchwoman, aged 34, after her victory.
“Nothing surprised me, she is solid, she took well but I was not worried once by her fight, I did not take many blows, I dominated this fight from A to Z
,” she added.

Placed in the main fight of this UFC evening, Fiorot once again demonstrated in the octagon that she could claim the -57 kg belt, she who was ranked 3rd before the fight, behind Blanchfield, whom she outclassed.
