Conclusion:

FC Bayern probably has to bury its last chance of winning the German championship this season. This means Bundesliga leaders Bayer Leverkusen (73 points) are thirteen points ahead of Bayern (60). Munich-born Karim Adeyemi (10th minute) and Julian Ryerson (83rd) shot BVB to a victory in the Allianz Arena for the first time in ten years. Shortly before the end of regular time, Harry Kane scored another goal for Bayern - but the Englishman was slightly offside.

Munich lose classic: FCB suffered their sixth defeat of the season

90th minute + 4: The game is over! FC Bayern lost the Bundesliga classic against BVB, which was their sixth Bundesliga game this season.

90th minute + 1: The hit doesn't count! Kane was centimeters offside when he finished. Initially it looked as if Can would cancel the offside in the middle. It was probably the tip of the foot. No goal for Munich - that's bitter on a wasted evening!

89th minute: Goooooorrrr! Kane heads the ball in. Clean cross from Mazraoui. Or no hit? The VAR switches on. It's checked for offside!

84th minute: Double substitution at Dortmund:

Bynoe-Gittens replaces Adeyemi, Wolf replaces Sancho. BVB wants to achieve its first Bundesliga victory in ten years in Munich here and now.

FC Bayern against BVB in the live ticker: Munich conceded their next goal

83rd minute: Goal! FC Bayern - Borussia Dortmund 0:2, goalscorer: Ryerson. Is that the decision? BVB can attack unchallenged. Sancho passes the ball into the box to wall player Haller, who can pass it unchallenged to the right. There is no opponent at Ryerson, so the Norwegian can take his measurements and deduct. It hits the bottom left corner perfectly. But that was also weakly defended by the Munich team.

81st minute: The chance for Dortmund! Schlotterbeck goes in front of the Munich goal on the counterattack. A Munich player just gets a leg in between the cross pass and Ulreich can grab the ball. Adeyemi slides past. It goes back and forth. Bayern are simply not moving enough.

80th minute: Dangerous free kick from Kimmich from the half field. Kane goes into finishing position. But Meyer is on the ball with his fists in front of the Englishman. Is there still something going for Bayern here?

77th minute: Be careful! Adeyemi wants to hit the ball to the second post during a counterattack on Reus. However, the ball comes too close to the goal, no problem for Ulreich.

74th minute: Substitution at Dortmund:

center forward Haller comes on for striker Füllkrug.

73rd minute: Change at Bayern:

Mazraoui for Laimer. The Moroccan moves to the right side of the defense, Kimmich moves to the double six next to Goretzka.

70th minute: Bayern are coming. Gnabry and Coman bring new dynamics into the game. BVB is retreating a long way. Is that exciting!

68th minute: Attention! What a strong move from Hummels. Coman starts on the right and crosses sharply. But Hummels pushes the very good pass away from Kane's foot. What a routine from the world champion.

67th minute: Double substitution at Dortmund:

Reus replaces Brandt, Özcan replaces Nmecha in defensive midfield.

66th minute: My dear! Maatsen counters and sprints away. Coman almost has it, then the left winger puts the ball just next to the far post. Remarkable run.

FC Bayern against BVB in the live ticker: Tuchel brings Gnabry, Tel and Coman

63rd minute: Triple substitution at Bayern:

Müller, Sané and Musiala go down. Gnabry, Tel and Coman are new. Position-appropriate changes.

61st minute: Bayern keep losing the ball. There are occasional whistles from the audience. There's just no pressure behind it, you've seen it all differently.

58th minute: Dortmund now takes the game. Bayern are just running alongside, and quite timidly. Hummels comes to the end. Ulreich blocks the powerful shot with his fists. BVB is becoming bolder.

FC Bayern against BVB in the live ticker: Sancho fails from close range

55th minute: The next big chance for BVB! Sancho fails to beat Ulreich from close range. The Neuer representative is there. Dortmund is looking for a chance to make it 2-0.

52nd minute: Be careful! Adeyemi can simply dribble in front of the six-yard box. Why doesn't anyone go there? But then de Ligt grabs the tackle and is in between. Strong from the Dutchman!

50th minute: Munich pushes Dortmund into their half. FC Bayern is now trying to build up real pressure. Tuchel lets his men stand very high.

47th minute: Dier knocks down Füllkrug at the halfway line. The German international striker does this cleverly again. He draws foul after foul and gives his colleagues a break.

46th minute: The Bundesliga classic between FC Bayern and Borussia Dortmund continues. No changes on either side.

FC Bayern against BVB in the live ticker: Munich are behind at the break

45th minute + 4: Break in Munich. Dortmund leads at the break at FC Bayern.

45th minute + 2: Huiuiuiuiui... Goretzka knocks Füllkrug down in a duel. It's an intense top game. Dortmund acts very cleverly and draws a foul if necessary. Even 60 percent possession of the ball doesn't help Bayern.

45th minute: Three minutes of injury time in Fröttmaning.

43rd minute: Be careful! Sancho gets past Davies on the second attempt and wants to pass back in front of the six-yard box. But Goretzka straddles between them and puts the ball in Ulreich’s arms.

42nd minute: Dortmund keep winning crucial duels. On this point, more needs to come from Bayern at home, or at home, as they say in Munich.

39th minute: Bayern are getting stronger. Munich have more ball possession anyway. But Dier has to take advantage of this one chance. They leave too much behind and BVB is waiting for a counterattack.

FC Bayern against BVB in the live ticker: Dier misses a huge opportunity

35th minute: Huge opportunity for Bayern! Dangerous cross directly to the second post. But: Dier simply can't get the ball in from close range. Hummels saves in dire need.

33rd minute: Musiala needs treatment. Ryerson really stood on the playmaker's ankle. But things can go on for him.

30th minute: Uiuiuiuiui... the very fast Adeyemi tunnels Kimmich with a cunning hook. However, his shot goes meters over the Munich gate. He's still good at the game.

27th minute: Dortmund's next goal. Füllkrug tries a low shot from 20 meters. But the shot comes directly at FCB keeper Ulreich.

FC Bayern against BVB in the live ticker: Harry Kane misses a huge opportunity

23rd minute: The chance! Strong attack from Bayern. Now let's play the game quickly. Müller quickly sends Kimmich. The national player crosses hard in front of the six-yard box, where Kane comes to head the ball. But: The Englishman surprisingly puts the ball next to the post - not into the Dortmund goal.

18th minute: Dangerous! Schlotterbeck wins the ball on the halfway line. Again the fast counterattack. This time Sancho goes towards the baseline and lays it on the advanced Hummels in front of the penalty area. However, the world champion does not hit the ball correctly from a promising position. There was more in it for BVB.

14th minute: The Munich team has to shake themselves a bit after conceding an early goal. Early in the game the question arises as to whether Ulreich can keep up with the new replacement. But it is also important to note that the back four of Kimmich, de Ligt, Dier and Davies were quite easy to overrun. Now FC Bayern is challenged.

Munich scores in Munich: Karim Adeyemi puts BVB in the lead

10th minute: Goal! FC Bayern - Borussia Dortmund 0-1, goalscorer: Adeyemi. The lead for BVB! Müller plays the ball sloppily at the halfway line and the Westphalians switch quickly. Schlotterbeck meets Brandt, who sends the nimble Adeyemi on his way. The Munich native shakes off de Ligt, Kimmich is far too offensive and cannot intervene. Adeyemi's shot at the far corner isn't hard, but Ulreich still can't hold onto the ball.

8th minute: Kane! After a chip ball, the Englishman heads the ball just over the crossbar. However, referee Osmers saw a foul by the striker against the Norwegian Ryerson.

7th minute: Bayern takes the initiative. Dortmund is very compact around its own penalty area and retreats far away.

4th minute: Dangerous! Standard feint from Bayern. Kimmich hits a free kick at the second post. Goretzka puts his head back on Sané. But Müller was offside.

2nd minute: Borussia Dortmund starts with a very high pressing. But Neuer representative Ulreich still plays the ball safely out the back.

1st minute: Kick-off of the Bundesliga classic in Munich!

FC Bayern against BVB in the live ticker: Karim Adeyemi is the only Munich player

Update from March 30th, 6:20 p.m.:

Return to the hometown: Dortmund's Karim Adeyemi is the only Munich native on the pitch. The 22-year-old outside attacker grew up in the southern district of Forstenried. Between 2010 and 2012 he was trained in the youth department of FC Bayern before moving to Spvgg Unterhaching (2012 to 2018) via TSV Forstenried in the suburb of the Isar metropolis. There will certainly be many of his relatives and friends in the arena today. The excitement is almost palpable, it's about to start in Fröttmaning!

Update from March 30th, 6:05 p.m.:

Kingsley Coman is about to make his comeback at FC Bayern. The 27-year-old Frenchman has not lost in any of his twelve appearances in the classic against Borussia Dortmund. There was a win eleven times and a draw once.

“I really hope that I can continue to build on these statistics at the weekend and that we will win,” the outside attacker was quoted as saying by the club media before the game: “It’s always a very special game, the classic in Germany. We will give everything.” Coman, who has been at the club since 2017, has been out for weeks since the end of January due to a torn medial ligament in his knee.

FC Bayern against BVB in the live ticker: Müller is in the Munich starting eleven

Update from March 30th, 5:50 p.m.:

Let's come to the BVB line-up: Munich native, loan player Sancho and Brandt form the trio behind striker Füllkrug. Ex-captain Reus and Süle just sit on the bench. The former Bayern player Hummels and Schlotterbeck are the central defenders in the middle of the defense.

BVB line-up:

A. Meyer - Ryerson, Hummels, N. Schlotterbeck, Maatsen - Can, F. Nmecha, Brandt, Adeyemi, Sancho - Füllkrug

Update from March 30th, 5:30 p.m.: FC Bayern's line-up is there:

On the table it looks as if the Austrian Konrad Laimer will move to the six alongside Leon Goretzka. Experienced Thomas Müller starts in front of them. Eric Dier and Matthijs de Ligt once again form the central defense. The Frenchman is back in the squad for the first time after recovering from a torn knee ligament.

Bayern line-up:

Neuer - Kimmich, Dier, de Ligt, Davies - Laimer, Goretzka - Sané, Müller, Musiala - Kane

FC Bayern against BVB in the live ticker: Bayer Leverkusen continues to advance

Update from March 30th, 5:25 p.m.:

My dear, that was exciting! Bayer Leverkusen turned the game against 1899 Hoffenheim in stoppage time. Until shortly before the end of regular time, the “Werkself” were 0-1 behind against Kraichgauer. But then Robert Andrich (88th minute) literally shoveled the ball into the net after a header assist from Jonathan Tah.

The national player didn't even hit the ball properly. Just three minutes later, striker Patrik Schick (90+1) scored the 2-1 winning goal after an assist from Nathan Tella. The Czech caused the BayArena to shake. The Rhinelanders are 13 points ahead of Munich, who face Dortmund at home in the evening.

Update from March 30th, 5:05 p.m.:

The balance clearly speaks for Bayern ahead of the top game this evening. The Munich team have won eleven of the last twelve Bundesliga duels against BVB. The only time there was a 2-2 draw in Dortmund was on October 8, 2022. Dortmund's last Bundesliga win against FC Bayern was on November 10, 2018. At that time, the Westphalia team won 3-2 at home against the German record champions. What's in it today? Ultimately, Borussia's goal is to qualify for the Champions League.

FC Bayern against BVB in the live ticker: Xabi Alonso cancels Munich

Update from March 30th, 4:45 p.m.:

Who will be Thomas Tuchel's successor as Munich coach? FC Bayern will probably have to remove a name from the list of candidates before the top Bundesliga game against BVB. Because: On Friday, Xabi Alonso announced that he would stay at Bayer Leverkusen and want to work for the Bundesliga leaders beyond this season.

“We've had so many games so far and I wanted some time to reflect on that. I used the international break for this. We had a very good conversation last week, after which I decided to continue as coach of Bayer Leverkusen. I feel that it is the right place for me. I also feel that my job here is not over yet. If you take all of that together, it justifies my decision,” said the 42-year-old Spaniard, explaining the reasons for his stay in the Rhineland.

FC Bayern against BVB in the live ticker: Bayer Leverkusen is behind at the break

Update from March 30th, 4:20 p.m.:

Bayer Leverkusen is wavering - at least a little. The Bundesliga table leaders are surprisingly behind 0-1 at home against 1899 Hoffenheim at the break. The up-and-coming German striker Maximilian Beier scored for Baden in the 33rd minute after a one-two with Wout Weghorst.

As a reminder: The “Werkself” have not lost a single competitive game this season. However, ex-Munich player Xabi Alonso's team dominated the game and should return to the pitch with a lot of steam from the dressing room. Immediately before the half-time whistle, VfL Wolfsburg also took a 1-0 lead at Werder Bremen.

FC Bayern against BVB in the live ticker: Several regular players are out

First report from March 30th:

Munich - When FC Bayern meets Borussia Dortmund in the Allianz Arena this Saturday evening (from 6:30 p.m.), both Munich and BVB will have to do without several regular players in the Bundesliga classic.

Specifically: World champion Manuel Neuer, shooting star Aleksandar Pavlovic, European champion Raphael Guerreiro and winter newcomer Sacha Boey are not available for Bayern today. Coach Thomas Tuchel announced this at the Munich PK for the top game.

BVB with injury concerns: Terzic has to do without Kobel, Sabitzer and Malen

Sven Ulreich will represent Neuer in goal for the German record champions. Dortmund coach Edin Terzic also has to do without his regular goalkeeper, namely the Swiss Gregor Kobel. The Westphalians are also missing the Austrian Marcel Sabitzer, who has been suspended, and, particularly bitterly, the very in-form Dutch attacker Donyell Malen.

FC Bayern against BVB in the live ticker: Pavlovic is out with tonsillitis

First things first: The now 38-year-old Neuer, who had his birthday on Wednesday, has to fit in due to a slight muscle fiber tear in his left adductor. 19-year-old Pavlovic is suffering from tonsillitis. The Portuguese Guerreiro is recovering from a torn muscle fiber, the 23-year-old Frenchman Boey has a torn muscle bundle.

The 26-year-old Kobel was only able to play three of the last eight Bundesliga games for BVB. This time the Swiss goalie cannot take part due to stomach flu after he recently had muscular problems. Alexander Meyer represents Kobel.

FC Bayern against BVB in the live ticker: Bundesliga classic in Munich

The 25-year-old Malen has scored six goals in his last seven Bundesliga appearances and was recently an asset for the Dutch in Germany's 2-1 (1-1) win against the Netherlands. But: He brought thigh problems with him from the international trip. Who can take up the attack for him at Borussia? Which Bayern will Tuchel send to the eternal football classic?
