It was the game that America was waiting for, between the two biggest stars, and it lived up to expectations: Iowa beat Louisiana State tonight (Tuesday) 87:94 in the college tournament and advanced to the Final Four, in the most talked about game of the day in the USA, mainly thanks to one woman: Caitlin Clark, who scored an incredible 41 points in a record-breaking night.

Clark finished a tremendous night, which in addition to the 41 points included 12 assists, 2 steals and 7 rebounds, tying the college record with 9 three-pointers. She hit several 3-pointers away from the arc, "Steph Curry style", and displayed an ability that made all basketball fans marvel. Clark is arguably college basketball's biggest hit this year, becoming the first ever to record 3,000 points and 1,000 assists in college, breaking the single-season scoring record, which now stands at 1,183. I felt it in the warm-up, and of course it helps that your first three-pointer goes in, when you see the ball dives in". The rival coach, Kim Maleki, told what she said to Clark at the end: "I'm definitely glad you're leaving next year. Girl, you're something special. I've never seen anything like it."
