She is only 14 years old, seems very frail in her black suit when getting out of her kart after a race at a frenzied pace against Esteban Ocon and Pierre Gasly organized by the Alpine team at the end of last year at Madrid. Lisa Billard is one of the great hopes of French motorsport. With her helmet under her arm and the engine off, she does not hide to loudly proclaim her ultimate ambition: to one day drive in Formula 1, like her two mentors. At the end of the dream, perhaps becoming the third woman to take part in a Grand Prix at the world championship. To date, only the Italians Maria Teresa De Filippis (three participations in 1958 and 1959) and Lella Lombardi (twelve participations from 1974 to 1976) have achieved this.
