What will become of Serge Gnabry and Kingsley Coman? The two FC Bayern stars are among the top earners and could probably leave if offers come.
Munich – FC Bayern is going through a real crisis. The championship is almost gone, as is coach Thomas Tuchel after just 15 months. The people of Munich have to reposition themselves in order to get back to their old strength. This is what the new sports director Max Eberl demanded when he took office. He also sets his sights on the stars.
Eberl takes FC Bayern stars to task
After the lost classic against Borussia Dortmund, Eberl found clear words. “You can of course throw out the next coach and say, again the next coach and again the next coach. But it’s the boys on the pitch who have to stand there and perform,” he said after the game. “We know that they all have quality and we emphasize it every time. But you also have to show it in the game.”
When he took office at the beginning of March, he also indicated that almost all of FC Bayern's professionals were playing on probation. “I don’t want to give a number, but we will look at who will follow along and give Bayern Munich this heart and soul to perhaps achieve our goals,” he said at the time. Since then, at least the goal of a championship has become a long way off.

Eberl is apparently targeting FC Bayern's wing duo
So it's not surprising that the first names are being mentioned that could leave FC Bayern in the summer. As
Sport Bild
reports, it's also about saving money. Apparently there will no longer be extremely high basic salaries under Eberl.
Two top earners at FC Bayern are coming into focus: Serge Gnabry and Kingsley Coman. According to
Sport Bild
, the two wingers earn
around 20 million euros a year. If there is an offer for the two in the summer, they could leave the club, according to the report.

Gnabry and Coman for sale in the summer?
Gnabry had been suffering from a muscle injury since December and only played again for the first time since his injury in the 8-1 win against Mainz 05. Since then there hasn't been enough for more than short assignments. That's why national coach Julian Nagelsmann didn't invite him to the last international matches.
Kingsley Coman has also not been able to properly present himself to the new sports director and has recently been struggling with a torn medial ligament in his knee. You now seem to have to worry about your place in the FC Bayern squad, if you believe the

report . Gnabry has a valid working paper until 2026, at Coman it even runs until 2027.
In the summer it will become clear how big the upheaval will be at FC Bayern; the contract poker with Alphonso Davies, for example, is far from over. If he doesn't sign a new contract, the Munich team would have to take action to avoid a free transfer. And by the way, Eberl also has to find a new coach. So it won't be boring at his new employer.
