They will leave this Saturday at 1:35 p.m. from the Jean Degros sports complex, in Denain. Riders from 24 teams will be taking part for the 4th consecutive edition of the women's Paris-Roubaix.
Present on the northern cobblestones since 2021, cyclists will be entitled to a route very different from that of their male counterparts. Indeed, the women's race has a distance of 148.5 kilometers and 17 paved sectors, compared to 260 kilometers and 29 sectors for the men. But that will not prevent the 24 runners from taking the same last 85 kilometers as Mathieu van der Poel or Mads Pedersen.
But we must not forget the Canadian Alison Jackson (EF Education-Cannondale). She surprised everyone during the last edition by winning the race against all odds.
The 4th women's edition of Paris-Roubaix will take place this Saturday April 6 at 1:35 p.m., before a real start at 1:45 p.m. Arrival at the André-Pétrieux velodrome in Roubaix is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Women’s “Hell of the North” will be followed live on France 3 from 3:25 p.m.
