Eintracht Frankfurt has loaned offensive player Faride Alidou to 1. FC Köln. What's next for the 22-year-old from summer onwards?
Frankfurt/Cologne – Faride Alidou is considered one of the great German talents who has the potential to have a decent Bundesliga career. The 22-year-old didn't make a breakthrough at Eintracht Frankfurt, but after his loan to 1. FC Köln, the Hamburg native showed the quality he undoubtedly possesses.
Eintracht loan Alidou to 1. FC Köln?
Alidou is under contract with the Rhinelanders until the end of the season. FC then has the opportunity to sign him permanently using an option. In this case, Eintracht Frankfurt would receive a transfer fee of around three million euros. According to information from

However, Eintracht Frankfurt still has a buyback option up its sleeve. If the SGE is convinced of the 22-year-old's potential and head coach Dino Toppmöller wants him in his squad next season, Alidou could be bought back for around five million euros.
