In recent weeks, four youth teams have validated their tickets for their respective European Championships. First, the U17 women will defend their title in Sweden at the beginning of May, having qualified on March 24. With all these qualified teams, the French Football Federation hopes to add a little more to its list of achievements which includes 32 world and European titles won by its different national selections, the latest being the women's Euro U 17 won in May 2023 by the players by Peggy Provost. Of all the youth teams, the U20 World Cup is the only one that France is still missing.
