On Thursday evening, Apple sent invitations to its annual September event. The event in Cupertino will start on September 10th at 7 pm German time and is scheduled for a duration of two hours. SPIEGEL will be on site and report.
Some of the big themes of the show are already fixed, others are at least likely. One of, if not the highlight, should be again new iPhones. Apple has hidden a possible hint in its invitation, which shows an Apple logo in five bright transparent colors: green, blue, yellow, red and purple. It could be the colors of a successor to the iPhone XR.
In addition to such an entry-level iPhone - not cheap iPhone, mind you - will probably also be the successor to the iPhones XS and XS Max are presented. With them, Apple could introduce its first three-camera system, a technology that is already standard on luxury-class Android smartphones. In addition to wide-angle and telephoto lens, the third camera is likely to have an ultra-wide-angle lens.
