A man who drove on his e-scooter with pace 40 through Erfurt, has to answer for driving without a license. Policemen in a patrol car were amazed as they followed the e-scooter at this pace, the police reported. The stopping of the vehicle had been adventurous, as the driver had to brake due to the non-functional brakes with his soles, the police said.
Purely legally, the powerful scooter is a moped, said the state police inspection Erfurt. However, the 19-year-old driver does not have a driver's license. In addition, he had attached false insurance plates.
