The partnership between Partner TV and Amazon Prime Video came up today, with the first joint outdoor advertising campaign, the focus of the most popular series from the streaming giant. The Partner TV campaign to be launched this week will lead to the slogan 'The Next Big Thing on Partner's Open TV - Amazon Prime Video'. Partner TV announced a partnership with Amazon Prime Video in Israel in April 2018, and to date it is the only television service in Israel that Amazon Prime Video is available in all its converters. The Amazon Prime Video streaming service requires a separate subscription.

At the same time, Cellcom TV announced today that it has signed an agreement with Amazon to distribute the Amazon Prime Video app on a Cellcom converter, including a dedicated button on the remote, similar to what is happening with Partner.

The Amazon service is accessible to Cellcom TV users, in a Master Box K4 converter based on Android TV operating system. The converter includes access to the Amazon Prime Video app from the Cellcom TV homepage and also allows access to the Amazon app by a unique button added to the converter's remote, leading directly to Amazon Prime Video. Today, Cellcom TV subscribes to over 247,000 households.

From a study leading to the rise of Partner's joint campaign with Amazon Prime Video, rising Amazon Prime video source series for Israelis are: "The Wonderful Mrs. Meisel" whose third season came up last week, "Jack Ryan" based on the hero of his books Tom Clancy, "The Man in the High Castle," "The Flybag," The Grand Tour, and The Boys.

As we first reported here, Amazon Prime has in recent weeks added a Hebrew translation to all its flagship series, apparently - in preparation for the joint move with the major streaming providers in Israel.
