In fact, "the entire political planning of the railway has been a series of disasters for decades," said Lobo. He demonstrates this by how Deutsche Bahn oversleeps digitization - which is at the expense of both customers and its own employees. For Lobo, the fact that the train also asks for the mother's maiden name first is "sexist, yesterday's curd", because in 2019 certainly not "all mothers are married and have adopted the name of the husband". The alternative questions about favorite book, favorite film or the first teacher are also not "an unbreakable secret" - in times of social networks it is easy to find out everything.
