Also on your smartphone diary showed that Chanukah's first candle is on December 23? You are not alone and this is a mistake. Smartphones calendars are probably your main source of information for holidays and daily appointments, but on the upcoming Chanukah holiday, the smartphone may fool you, and the giant. According to the iPhone calendar, the first day of Chanukah will be held only tomorrow (Monday). The same goes for the calendar on Android devices, with the calendar being the last day of Chanukah on Monday, December 30th. This is how you add the holidays to your calendar

It is important to note that most holidays, the smartphone calendar is accurate and even records and differentiates the holiday evenings from the usual holiday days. However, in the case of the Chanukah holiday, which, as mentioned, will already be in effect tonight, calendar administrators did not. If you want to add a Hebrew calendar to your general calendar on Android, enter the calendar settings and under the "General" tab find "Alternate Calendar". Once you select a list that opens in a Hebrew calendar and click Save, you can also see the Hebrew dates alongside the dates. On the iPhone, you can do this by logging in to settings, then to calendar, and then to secondary calendars. There you can add the Hebrew calendar. To add the holiday dates, sign in to the calendar, and under your calendars, click Other calendars, Add, and then Calendars that may interest you. From there, mark the "Holidays" log and click Save.
