After 48 hours in police custody, the director Christophe Ruggia was indicted this Thursday for "sexual assaults on a 15 year old minor by a person having authority over the victim," Le Parisien learned from the Paris prosecutor's office, confirming information of AFP.
The 55-year-old man, accused by actress Adèle Haenel for sexual touching when she was a minor, was placed under judicial supervision. Since the media coverage of the charges, the applicant has always denied the facts. He again insisted on this point during the confrontation organized Wednesday with the actress, assured a source close to the file to AFP.
Judicial information had been opened by the prosecution on November 6.
