Sexual assault: director Christophe Ruggia, accused by Adèle Haenel, will be presented to a judge

Director Christophe Ruggia will be referred. His police custody was lifted this Thursday morning, several media learned from the prosecution. He will be presented to an examining magistrate for possible indictment.

The director is accused of sexual touching by actress Adèle Haenel when she was still a minor. A preliminary investigation was opened on November 6 of the counts of sexual assaults on minors of 15 years of age by person having authority and sexual harassment.

Adèle Haenel had filed a complaint on November 26.
