It was on the sidelines of this demonstration of lawyers, who were trying to block access to the building to mark their opposition to the pension reform, that the reporter Gaspard Glanz allegedly hit a magistrate of the Paris prosecutor's office.

This is in any case what the latter asserts, in a complaint for violence that he filed this Tuesday with the Paris prosecutor's office, as Le Point revealed, information that Le Parisien is able to confirm. According to a judicial source, the Paris prosecutor's office requested a change of scenery for this investigation.

He made a name for himself during the Yellow Vests crisis

Gaspard Glanz, head of the Taranis news media, has made himself known in recent months for his video coverage of the numerous demonstrations of yellow vests. On April 20, he was arrested in Place de la République in Paris, during Act 23, for having made a finger of honor to the police.

The arrest had sparked controversy, with some unions and journalists' organizations expressing indignation at "interference with the freedom to inform".

Judged for contempt on November 15, Gaspard Glanz had been fined 300 euros in this case. Very active on social networks, the journalist has so far not reacted to accusations of violence against this magistrate of which he is now the subject.
