Coronavirus: who is the Oise zero patient?

The two patients of Covid-19 in Oise, one of whom died during the night of Tuesday to Wednesday, are they the first victims of an onset of epidemic on the territory? The government wants to be reassuring and repeats that if the epidemic is upon us, it has not yet arrived. Indeed, the number of patients has not yet forced the authorities to enter phase 2 of the epidemic plan, which consists in curbing the spread of the virus on the territory. At the time of writing, the objective is still to limit the introduction of Sars-CoV-2 to France as much as possible.

However, the two contaminations of the Oise remain a mystery. Unlike the 16 other cases listed in France, neither of the two patients diagnosed in Hauts-de-France had recently gone to a risk zone. They had not a priori either frequented people on their return.
