The Volkswagen Commercial Division has started marketing the T6 models in Israel. The Volkswagen commercial facelift features a new passenger compartment, advanced active safety systems, an electric steering wheel, and an extra accessory compared to the outgoing model.


The remake is marketed with a 2.0-liter diesel engine offering 110, 150 and 199 hp suppliers. The new generation of the transporter continues to be offered in several configurations: van delivery for double-cab transport for refrigerated transport, service, technicians, small businesses. The Crowell version for traveling, taxis, touring and touring, and the end version, the multiwan.

Given the growing demand for shipping models, the commercial division will offer an updated price for the base version. The price of a van transporter, equipped with a 2.0 liter TDI engine and 110 hp, with a manual gearbox will start from NIS 192,000, plus a NIS 3,356 license fee.


The refurbished T6 models offer an exterior design facelift with a new front in the brand's updated design language that features an extroverted front grille combined with chrome strips, new backlight units further. The passenger compartment has been upgraded and redesigned similar to the design of the private vehicles with a brand new control panel and sliders. For the first time, these models offer an option for a digital dashboard (in the multiwan model) alongside the new multimedia system with a touch screen 6.5 ′ (except for a van delivery model) with each command board offering human engineering familiar with Volkswagen models. All models feature a Composition Color audio system that includes 6 speakers, a 6.5 ”color screen, BT handsfree, steering wheel control and App Connect for mobile phone mirroring. As part of the technological upgrade that the vehicle has undergone, it also includes the first ever electric steering wheel.


Most of the news is on the safety side, with active safety systems being offered for the first time. In the Multivan and Crowell models you can find systems such as front-distance monitoring with emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, auxiliary parking assist system, reverse camera and more.
