Traffic resumes, even in the car, after the lockdown, but many are still not up to date on child safety devices. The data is what emerges from a research dedicated to the anti-abandonment safety system carried out by Bluon, the Milanese start-up that designed the MyMi device for children in the car, compatible with any type of seat and with triple safety. On March 6, before everything stopped, sanctions were taken for motorists without anti-abandonment devices, traveling with children under the age of 4 on board and with his investigation Bluon returned to take stock of the situation. And so it turns out that the attention to car safety, after the Coronavirus, has somewhat eased and that as many as 7 out of 10 people are not yet in order and have not yet equipped with the anti-abandonment systems, despite knowing the reads and although the private car is now the preferred means, because it is safer to avoid contact with other people. Regarding the tax incentives initially communicated by the Government, if more than half are still considering applying for it, there are those who do not know this possibility and even those who have not managed to complete the procedure. On the other hand, even if in the coming weeks we will return mainly to find relatives and friends and we want outdoor spaces, parks and green areas, we are very attentive to hygiene and prevention practices even in the passenger compartment of the 'car. However, most of the mothers and fathers interviewed are afraid to move with their children. On the one hand, the desire to escape after the long blocking period is strong, according to research, as many as 65 percent of the sample is afraid of returning to normal and is afraid that the massive resumption of displacements may involve risks to the health of their children . A considerable concern that is reflected in the almost unanimous decision to elect the private car as an ideal way to carry around your children, preferred to others because it is safer in avoiding occasions of contact with other people and, therefore, of contagion . However, the rediscovered centrality of the car in family life must take into account all the regulations regarding safety for children: one of all, the law on anti-abandonment devices and the relative sanctions in force since 6 March. If in fact in the previous MyMi analysis at the beginning of March, 88 percent of families had not yet equipped themselves by purchasing an anti-abandonment system, but 71 percent said they were intending to do it within the expected time, the figure that stands out today is that as many as 7 out of 10 families are still without the device, thanks to the total block of the circulation that lasted until a few days ago. "More than two months after our last survey for the launch of MyMi on the market, we have to deal with a radical change in the scenario - said Paco Simone, Founder & CEO of bluon - dictated by the health emergency suffered and the lockdown, which has completely put everyone's priorities back into play. The imminent arrival of summer represents a crucial moment to guarantee the safety of children and avoid the tragic consequences of dissociative amnesia. It is due to the prolonged lockdown if the state bonus is still available today, but we know that now, with the reopening of the activities, it is rapidly returning to run out. "
