A man in his forties died on Saturday early in the afternoon, stabbed wounded in the neck on a street near Lille-Flandres station, in Lille (Nord), according to the sappers- city firefighters. Rescuers of the order of Malta accidentally present nearby tried to revive him, in vain.
According to a source close to the rescue, another person touched his carotid artery after a "dispute". According to the local daily La Voix du Nord, the young man was a regular at Place de Reignaux, near the international station.
