The Darmanin affair revived. Justice, which has been reviewing since November the validity of the dismissal from which benefited in 2018 the Minister of Public Accounts, accused by a woman of rape almost ten years ago, has ordered the resumption of investigations, we learned this Thursday from concordant sources.
The facts date back to March 17, 2009. According to the accuser, Sophie Spatz, it was during a party in which Gérald Darmanin also participated that this ex-call girl was raped by the man who was at the time legal counsel to the UMP.
