Third time ice cream: Apple announced it is closing stores in four states in the US due to a rethink of the Corona virus, according to Bloomberg reports. In total, there are 11 stores in Florida, Arizona, North Carolina and South Carolina.
The company closed all of its stores outside of China in March, with the spread of corona virus around the world, and reopened in mid-May when some stores offered sidewalk service and did not allow customers to enter. In other branches of the network, the number of customers was limited, heat measurement was performed, and all employees and customers were required to wear masks.
"Because of the current state of the Corona spread in some of the areas we serve, we are temporarily closing stores in these locations," Apple spokeswoman told The Verge. "We are taking this step at the height of caution as we closely monitor the situation and look forward to returning our staff and customers as soon as possible."
Earlier this month, Apple closed its reopened stores following the riots and feared looting due to the outrage over the death of George Floyd, an African-American who died at the time of his arrest. Police in the United States were unable to arrest the angry mob that looted stores and left huge havoc behind.
