Pelephone launched "Pelephone +" this morning (Tuesday), and unveiled its fifth-generation (5G) network in Israel. According to the company, the network has already been deployed and is available in hundreds of locations around the country. In the coming days, upon receipt of the completion of the Frequency Tender, it will commence officially, or no later than September 1st.
As part of the event, Pelephone demonstrated live download speeds of more than 1.4 gigabits in cellular.
