Pierre PHILIP. - Fatigue is one of the most frequent reasons for consultation. Before answering you, it seems important to me to recall the two types of fatigue that we feel. Physical fatigue, which pushes us to "no longer be able to do something" and mental fatigue, omnipresent in our society, which is expressed by phrases like "I no longer want to do certain things".Did you know that in thirty years, we have lost almost an hour and a half of sleep a day? In other words, the French only sleep an average of six hours and forty-two, while specialists recommend between seven and nine hours of sleep to preserve our immune system, our metabolism and our weight, reduce the risk of heart attacks and start its day in great shape.
