This is five times more than in mid-May when coming out of confinement. We should be happy about it. Unfortunately, this pretty figure also hides a very nice failure. We should be happy about it.

Too often, the results of these famous PCR tests come far too late, more than a week after the first symptoms.

Long days of uncertainty during which a carrier of the virus can infect his relatives, his colleagues ... The French screening system is clearly overwhelmed, because the deadlines to put an end to the doubt are constantly growing.

One more sign of the inability of the public authorities to manage a situation which is however foreseeable, all the experts having long announced a very likely acceleration of the epidemic
